1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Nursify AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Nursify provides

Nursify AI is a study platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate flashcards, quizzes, notes, and mind maps from materials you upload, transcribe lecture recordings, and provide an AI tutoring chat with clinical scenario practice.

Nursify is a study aid, not a substitute for your nursing program, textbooks, instructors, or clinical judgment. Always verify generated content against your official course materials.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and be at least 13 years old to use the service.

You can manage and revoke active sessions from your profile page. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and revoke unknown sessions immediately.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload or create: lecture recordings, documents, decks, cards, notes, and chat sessions. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the materials you add. Only upload recordings and documents you are permitted to use, and follow your school's policies on recording lectures.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. That includes attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the platform, using the service to violate any law or academic integrity policy, or uploading malicious content.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

6. AI-generated content

Flashcards, quiz questions, notes, and tutor responses are generated by AI and may contain errors. They are grounded in the sources you provide, but you are responsible for reviewing generated materials before relying on them for exams or patient care education.

7. Service availability and changes

We work hard to keep Nursify available and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make changes that materially affect your use, we will do our best to notify you in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nursify AI is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for exam outcomes, academic results, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
